• Scrape, hot-link, or rehost the catalogue or individual game embeds without permission.
• Use automated tools to generate ad impressions, clicks, or other inauthentic engagement.

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who repeatedly violates these conditions.

Third-party games

The games available on GameGrid are provided through the GamePix network. They are the property of their respective developers and publishers. GameGrid does not modify the gameplay and does not control the third-party services involved in running them. Use of any embedded game is subject to the terms of the game's original publisher as well as these Terms.

Advertising

GameGrid is supported by advertising. By using the site you agree that advertisements (including, but not limited to, those served by Google AdSense and inside GamePix iframes) may be displayed alongside the content. We do our best to keep ad placements out of the way of gameplay, but the specific ads shown are controlled by the ad networks, not by us.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the suitability, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the site or any game it embeds. Your use of the site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameGrid disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Intellectual property

The site design, original copy (category introductions, how-to-play notes, tips, FAQs, and pages like this one), and the GameGrid name and logo are the property of GameGrid. The games and their associated assets remain the property of their developers and publishers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use third-party content beyond what is necessary to play the game in the embedded player on this site.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last revised" date at the bottom of the page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law
